However, any misuse of our services or refund process is legally bound and subject to strict action. Please read the following policy carefully before engaging our services.

Account Closing Guarantee & Liability Dispute Resolution Final Provisions

Account Closing

The user may close his account at any time. Account closing means that the further use of services with the current password and login shall no longer be possible.

The user is solely responsible for closing his account.

Closing the account before the end of the settling period for which a payment has been made does not obligate True Value Infosoft to refund the amount for the unused period.

True Value Infosoft reserves the right to close a user’s account due to gross infringement of these terms and conditions or in the event of illegal use of the offered services.

True Value Infosoft shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the user due to suspension or closing of the account — whether by the user or for other reasons arising from the user’s fault.

Guarantee & Limited Liability

True Value Infosoft guarantees the highest quality of its operations to ensure accessibility and continuity of offered services and products. However, no long-distance data transmission can guarantee 100% security, continuity, and accessibility of the provided services.

Although True Value Infosoft makes every effort, it does not guarantee compatibility of offered services and products with other producers’ software. The user bears responsibility for the choice and consequences following from the use of other software.

Opinions given by users do not reflect the views of True Value Infosoft in any manner. True Value Infosoft does not monitor user opinions on a continual basis; however, any opinions found to be in breach of these terms will be removed as soon as possible.

True Value Infosoft shall bear no liability in particular for:

Phrases and entries added to the network in connection with the use of offered services and products
Unlawful and inconsistent users’ operations while using offered services and products
Disturbances in accessibility of offered products and services not caused by True Value Infosoft
Damage suffered by the user due to suspension or closing of the account by the user or for reasons arising from the user’s fault
Damage suffered by the user as a result of a third party using his data to access the provided services and products
Damage following from the use or impossibility to use offered products and services — including loss of expected benefits, data loss, computer crash, costs of substitute equipment and software, or company reputation infringement
Consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of obligations undertaken by other users via our offered products and services

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be primarily resolved amicably between the parties.

Final Provisions

All disputes that cannot be amicably resolved shall be submitted for resolution by the Common Court of Law at the location of True Value Infosoft’s registered office.

The provisions of Civil Code, the act on copyright and neighbouring rights, the act on electronic services providing, and other applicable laws shall govern issues not addressed in these terms.

Our terms are aligned with and subject to modification according to laws and guidelines by local government bodies like TRAI in India.
