• Processing — any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, sharing, and erasure
• Consent Manager — a person registered to enable a Data Principal to give, manage, review, or withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as it was given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We may share personal data with our data processors and service providers to help us perform the services we offer, such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing, and only for the purpose for which it was collected, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

• Right to erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
• Right to withdraw consent at any time
• Right to grievance redressal in relation to our handling of your personal data
• Right to nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity

In accordance with the DPDP Act, we do not knowingly process the personal data of any individual below the age of 18 years without the verifiable consent of their parent or lawful guardian. We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data of a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to erase such data.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will take prompt remedial action and notify the affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India, as required under the DPDP Act, describing the nature, extent, and likely consequences of the breach, along with the measures taken to mitigate it.
